The House of Aubrac, is above all a family affair. After a first experience at “Le Chat Noir”, rue de Saussure as managers , Pierrette and Pierre Valette gain in 1977 "Little Berry" Marbeuf street. High place of meetings, Jean-Paul Belmondo made his point of rendezvous and Picasso drew some sketches on the walls.
Livestock passionate and loves his region, Christian Valette belongs to the third generation breed- Aubrac Laguiole. After leading for 10 years La Ferme des Vialars, the family farm, he took with his wife Elizabeth the reins of the brewery founded by her parents, and transforms into a restaurant with the project to make it the showcase of its terroir. Thus was born the now famous " La Maison de l'Aubrac ".
